Acres of Destiny is a disabled minority veteran female run farm. Odessa Fulks and her husband have been raising animals on their land since 2014. On 34 acres of land, they raise a variety of livestock including ducks, donkeys, and mustangs. This season they are looking forward to introducing produce into their operation. Acres of Destiny has recently stopped animal rescue housing and have started raising heritage pigs that they sell at the local swap meets. They partner with local Mennonites to process meats in more natural ways and donate sausages to people in need. The farm also partners with local nonprofit groups for sustainable animal treatment and growing initiatives.
